FIELD, Justice. This is a suit in equity brought against the city of Holyoke to compel specific performance of a contract to purchase land from the plaintiff. The case was referred to a master who filed a report which was confirmed by an interlocutory decree. Thereafter there was a final decree for the plaintiff from which the defendant appealed. The evidence before the master is not reported. The bill cannot be maintained on the facts found by the master, since no valid contract of purchase is shown.
